Return of the Llandow Duathlon

Non Welsh speaking members may be surprised to know that 'Llandow' means 'home of the rainy, but cheap and friendly Duathlon' in Welsh. Well we are pleased to announce that the Duathlons are back in 2010, bigger and better than ever. Some dates for your diary:

Wed 12th May
Wed 16th June
Wed 7th July

All events are a 7.30pm start.

Pack your lycra, an extra layer of warm clothing, a survival blanket and a tenner (£13 for non-BTA members) and we'll see you at the number one sports event of the year.
