Safe traffic-free course. 3K/14K/3K. Limit 150. £10/£13.
Entry per race): £10 BTA/£13 non-BTA. Relay Entry: £15 BTA/£18 non-BTA.
No Race pack will be sent out. Numbers will be collected on the day from Registration. Entries will be taken on the day as long as the Entry Limit (150) has not been reached. When you collect your number please write on the back the name and telephone number of a contact in case of an emergency. Please make sure your bike is road worthy, and your helmet meets BSI requirements. Don’t forget NO helmet equals NO race.
Registration will be open from 5.30pm and will close at 6.45pm.
Access to Transition and the Circuit will be closed from 6.50pm, when the Race briefing will be given in front of the Control Tower. This is a NON drafting event; a first General warning will be given during the briefing.
The Run Route is 2 laps around the outside edge of the Race Circuit — on the old surface, at NO time should you run on the Race Circuit itself. At the end of the first run lap you will run around the outside of the Transition area. At the end of the 2nd lap you will enter the Transition area and collect your bike.
(REMEMBER TO FASTEN YOUR HELMET BEFORE REMOVING YOUR BIKE).
Call your number to the recorders as you leave Transition.
Please take care when moving onto the Race Circuit. The Bike course is 10 laps (count your own laps) you must stay on the New Race Circuit surface. At the end of each lap you will carry on past the Entrance to Transition (the bike loop is slightly shorter than the run loop). At the end of the Bike section enter Transition, rack your bike.

Call your number to the recorders as you leave Transition.
You will complete exactly the same Run Route as the First Run. At the end of the 2nd lap enter the finish area.
Presentations will take place as soon as possible after the last competitor has finished.
M4 motorway to J33 — Cardiff West; A4232 towards Cardiff — exit at A48 Culverhouse Cross; A48 towards Cowbridge, but stay on until Pentre Meyrick. Exit left to Llysworney on B4268 (follow brown signs).
Go through village of Llysworney passing turning to Llandow village and entrance to Vale Business Park — take next right turn — Llandow Circuit sign on right hand side bank.
Access gate first left.

M4 motorway to J35 - Bridgend/Pencoed
Take A473 towards Bridgend — at second roundabout take first exit A48 sign posted Cowbridge.
Exit right to Llysworney on B4268 (follow brown signs).Go through village of Llysworney passing turning to Llandow village and entrance to Vale Business Park — take next right turn — Llandow Circuit sign on right hand side bank.
Access gate first left.

There is plenty of free parking available at the Circuit. At NO time should vehicles be taken on to the Circuit. Refreshments will be available from the Chequered Flag Café, which is situated in front of you as you enter the complex.
Changing facilities are limited, so if possible please arrive already changed.
This event is being put on with the kind support of Llandow Race Circuit. We would like to use this venue again in the future so please help us keep it clean and tidy by placing your rubbish in the bins provided, or by taking it home with you.
