Participants will score points in a maximum of any five events from the following twelve, plus their best ranking from the Cardiff Parkrun Series during the year:

An almost record turn out, in difficult conditions, for the final race of the short course championship season.

A record eight M60 members took part and was an indication of the appeal of this club centred event.
