Flora London Marathon. Julian Baker was first home, as expected, in a creditable 67th place and a time of 2:28:12. Maggie Hughes was first woman, and at least we saw her on TV, being passed by Jon Brown wearing Clare Johnson's vest (Maggie was wearing it, that is, not John Brown) on the carpet over the cobbles. Her position was even more impressive than Julian's, being 55th woman. I think that the link I've given covers everyone, but I expect Jeff Aston to find some more.

Gwent League, Carmarthen. I'll got to rewrite my results analysing program for my Mac, so I doubt that I'll be doing any results page soon Not that many from the club ran. We won every category apart from the Senior Men, which Bath Uni stole by 7 points (Julian was working, otherwise it would all be very different). So well done everyone who ran during the season.
