Membership Fees 2013/14

All fees must be paid by current members as soon as possible around the due date of 1st April 2013.

Fees are reviewed annually, full membership is currently £35 per year which includes affiliation to Welsh Athletics Ltd.

Associate membership is also available for those who are no longer running or injured at £10 per year.

New Members must complete a membership form which can be downloaded here, payment methods detailed below.

Current members should check their details on record with the Membership Secretary before paying by one of the following methods. Members not paid up by 1st June will cease to be members of the Club.

All members are drawn to the attention of the UK Athletics rules, an edited copy is available here focussing on the rules that apply specifically to our Club.

Payments can be made in the following ways:

By cheque (Made payable to 'Les Croupiers Running Club')
Please write your name, address, e-mail address and DOB on the back of the cheque, this enables the membership secretary to check that your details are up to date.

This can then be handed directly to the Membership Secretary or posted to the address below.

By Standing Order
This is then paid annually into our account directly from your bank. Click here to download a form. You then pass this form directly onto YOUR bank. If you bank online you should be able to do this from the details on the form.

Please ensure you let the Membership Secretary that you intend to pay by this method so we can check that the transactions have occurred.

By bank transfer
A single one off payment into our account.
Please use your Surname and Year of birth as reference for this transaction.

The Membership Secretary will (hopefully) be at the Running Club on Thursday evenings around the 1st April to take payment in cash or by cheque.

NB It is your responsibility to be timely with your payment. Delay in payment can cause delays in your registration. Please do not involve the Membership Secretary in the onerous task of chasing defaulters.
