A plea on behalf of Amanda, Phil and others on WCR Committee...

Anyone associated in any way with the Castles Relay, please keep an eye on the WCR web site over the next few days. Twitter too needless to say (please join the conversation!).

This is such a complex event and we appreciate there is a lot of information to take in here. However, it's essential that those running, helping and/or supporting familiarise themselves with the detail though, especially the Race Pack and Updates (see 'News') posted in the lead-up to the race.

This isn't just about understanding the 'rules' - it's also about logistics, safety and knowing what to do and help others (if the need arises). And don't be too surprised if runners and supporters from other clubs ask you an FAQ or two over the course of the weekend - they'll expect you, as a Croupite/ette, to understand how it all hangs together :~)

Excellent post / advice. Welsh Castles Relay has been organised by a new team this year so all Croups support will be needed and appreciated.

Just put a 'photo copy' of the provisional team results on the WCR web site.

Have also set-up a link to the on-line results service - these normally appear mid-day Monday
