Well done Mark, I had my one off run in Brecon and you were too strong for me at Swansea and Blaise. When you are down on weekends you should join us for a long run.

Hi All.
Just like to mention what a fantastic season Mr Pasler has had on the country this year. He would have finished well up in the overall standings if he hadn't had to miss the 3rd gwent. Nearly got him in Brecon, but today he was flying. WELL DONE MATE!!
We should swop our road and xc training schedules!
