Please note that if you wish to contact a club member other than the club officers or the email contacts given, we will pass your details on to them. We intend to protect the privacy of our members and other people mentioned on this site (for example, race organisers) by not giving out their addresses, phone or fax numbers, or email addresses for any reason. As you would expect, we do not have any details for people whose names simply happen to be in race results, nor can we help you contact them. This is a running club, not Friends Reunited.
I’ve taken off the club officers email addresses. I regret doing this as forcing you to use the form may seem somewhat cold. However, I’m fed up with idiots sending blank emails with attachments. I throw these away. I don’t want to have to scan every item of mail for viruses. I don’t care if your email is more nicely formatted in some word processor; I generally convert everything to text, and I let my speakers read some things in a funny voice anyway. You probably don’t want to know my ideas about typography; I sure as hell don’t want to know yours. So just type whatever you have to say, and though I am bothered if your education somehow missed out punctuation or you don’t know how to use the shift key, I’ll try not to let it show.
