Exceptional results, special announcements, births, marriages, and deaths, that sort of thing.

Where else can you get stunning views of the Bristol Channel, run past the base of a historic lighthouse and enjoy the company of like-minded individuals? On a Les Croups social run that's where.
Carol kindly provided the tour guide duties to take our 16 strong group on a 12-mile loop from Llantwit Major Leisure centre and along the beautiful coastal path towards Atlantic College. Aided and abetted by some wonderful November weather, the run provided the perfect solution for those looking for a soul refreshing off road run.
These runs are proving to be very popular as they afford a once-a-month opportunity for club members of all abilities to complete a long run together and discover new courses and trails. I will guide the next run over a North Cardiff route, including the country trails surrounding Llanishen and Lisvane reservoirs. The run will start and finish at Heath Park carpark at 10am on Sunday 14th December.
All those interested should either post a reply here, or let either Jemma, Carol, Andy or myself know. If you haven't tried one already, these runs come highly recommended!
