The Welsh Road Relays take place Sunday the 30th March at Margam Park. Start time for both Senior Men and Senior Ladies has been confirmed as 1.45 pm. Could athletes please report to their respective team managers 1 hour beforehand (It'll prevent a serious amount of flapping by the team manager) Thanks!!
