It's starting to feel like Spring, milder weather, noticeably longer evenings and an abundance of forthcoming club events. First up we have the last Gwent of the season at Pembrey on Saturday the 15th of March. Following hot on its heels, we have the 6-Stage Road Relays at Margam Park on the 30th of March and the National 12 stage road relays on the 26th April. With these fixtures in mind, could interested runners contact myself for the men and Sue for the ladies.
We look forward to packing those teams in!!!
