Remember the fund raising night in December when the ladies took off (most of) their clothes and took to the streets? Well, last night Heidi gave me a note to say that she'd arranged for a representative from Marie Curie to come to the club next week (Thursday 13th February) around 8.30 PM for a formal presenation of the cheque.
The money raised was even more than we'd originally anticipated - around £1900.
So please spread the word around to support this presentation - and to all the ladies who turned out in the middle of winter to raise money in memory of our friend and fellow runner Eddie Amblin - you were just brilliant. Thank you all.
