Our continuing mission: to boldly drivel where no running publication has drivelled before.

Our lads show a lack of imagination on fancy dress night.
Yes, it really is time for London Calling, yet again. London Marathon 2003 applicants should by now have heard either good or bad news. For those wishing to make the club trip, a £30 deposit will secure a place with Mel James. However, this offer is on a first come, first served basis. Promises won't secure you a place—only money will. As Mel is making arrangements for up to 150 people, please don't mess him about. The cost of the trip is £119 in all (same price and same hotel as in 2002).
Les Croupiers Running Club will re-convene on Thursday 2nd January, 2003. On this night, the three guaranteed club places for the London Marathon will be drawn. For those wishing to be considered for a place, you will need to have submitted your rejection slip to Derek by this date.
For general information, I received five rejection slips on Thursday 19th December.
