Mick writes to tell me that the fund raising night for Holme Towers to commemmorate the memory of Eddie Amblin was a massive success. When he left at 10.15 the money raised was still being counted, but he heard £1000 mentioned as an estimate.
"Ceri Donovan deserves particular praise, cos I think she raised around £350 at work, but a word too for Heidi, cos she appeared to be the driving force."
All credit to all the ladies who took to the street in various stages of undress, not only did they all look stunning, but they were an inspiration.
